For NCTA members a few things stand out. First, the Senate-passed bill protects, and in some cases enhances, programs for the specialty crop sector, including Christmas Trees and nursery crops. These programs provide significant funding to address plant pest and disease prevention, research, and block grants for promotion and other purposes.
